Every year on 24th October, Rotary clubs around the world mark World Polio Day, highlighting the global effort to eradicate polio.
Rotary has been at the heart of the fight against polio for more than 40 years and have helped immunise hundreds of millions of children and have worked alongside governments and health organisations to reduce polio from a disease affecting children in almost every country to just a handful of remaining areas. The job is not finished until polio is eradicated in the world.
The Rotary Club of Grays Thurrock is proud to support Rotary’s End Polio Now campaign by raising awareness and providing funds. In support, the Club is once again holding its popular fundraising Quiz Night for members and their friends.

You will experience a challenging quiz, pay bar, heads and tails, a raffle and lots of fellowship.
All income from the event after deduction of expenses will go to the Rotary Foundation for the End Polio Now campaign.
